The Urban League of Morris County has served our community for over 80 years — born of the civil rights movement and built by the hands of those it serves.
Our CEO, Clifford D. Dawkins, Esq., is himself a product of the programs he now leads. That is not a detail. It is the proof of our model.
We are not asking for charity. We are asking for investment in the scalable infrastructure of opportunity.
We advance economic equality through workforce development, education, housing stability, and civic engagement — serving Morris County residents regardless of race, creed, or background.
The National Urban League, our parent organization, has led this work nationally for over 100 years. ULMC carries that mandate locally — with the trust earned across eight decades in Morris County.
Every dollar invested in ULMC doesn't disappear into overhead. It enters a community. It builds a career. It writes a chapter in a life that will, one day, come back and build this institution further.
